Biography

Marcus Aurelius (April 26, 121 - March 17, 180 CE) was a Roman Emperor and Stoic philosopher. He is best known for his philosophical writings, particularly his book "Meditations," which is considered one of the greatest works of Stoic philosophy. As emperor, Marcus Aurelius guided the Roman Empire through challenging times, displaying wisdom and virtue in his leadership.
